用途：

絞合多股軟結(jié)構(gòu)鋼絲、電源線芯線、控制電纜、電腦線芯線、橡皮電纜等多種軟結(jié)構(gòu)絕緣線。

Application:
Twisting multi-strand soft structure steel wire, core wire of power wire, control cable, core wire of computer wire, rubber cable and many other various insulation wires with soft structures.

性能特征：
本機(jī)特點(diǎn)產(chǎn)量大，高線速度每分鐘可達(dá)到200米。是代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)式管絞選擇之一。為了保證成纜后的幾何尺寸穩(wěn)定，采用大直徑轉(zhuǎn)向?qū)л啽M量減少彎曲。收線卷繞力由低慣量高靈敏電磁粉末離合器(日本三菱)及可編程邏輯控制器（PLC）控制保證卷繞張力均勻。全機(jī)采用人機(jī)界面互動(dòng)式控制站，隨時(shí)顯示設(shè)備狀態(tài)，操作指示，參數(shù)設(shè)定，故能保證機(jī)器在狀態(tài)下運(yùn)行。確保產(chǎn)品性能優(yōu)異。

Performance and features:
The most obvious features of the machine for large output and the maximum line speed can reach 200m/min, which is one of the best choices for replacing the traditional tubular stranding.
In order to ensure the stable geometric size after cabling, adopt large diameter of reversing guide wheel to reduce bending as much as possible. The take-up winding tension is controlled by low inertia and highly sensitive electromagnetic powder clutch (Mitsubishi) and programmable logic controller (PLC), thus, ensure winding tension is uniform. The complete machine adopts interactive controlling station with man-machine interface to display the equipment status, operation indication and parameter setting at any time, thus, can be ensure the machine under the best status and ensured the performance excellence of the product.
